1-3 March 2019
Exploring the Bardo States, these liminal moments between being dead or alive, between sleeping and waking, between being in or out of your body. That is the challenge we pose in this workshop. Dying practices are an important part of the Tantra work. In these meditations, we face our fears, and embrace the vitality that is contained in our mortality. The beauty of being alive as mulitiplied through the perspective of letting go, of falling apart.

In this workshop we practice different Tantric meditations, breath control, and we also take a look at the current state of our lives. In order for life to flow it is good from time to time to see our own reflection in the mirror. To remember who we are, and what we are doing here. And to let go of whatever it is that is holding us back.
Elle has been working intensively on the death practices in these last years, and will share rituals and meditations from her own daily routine. As well as a couple of more elaborate ceremonies of letting go. Elle is a contemporary tantric monk at The Monastery in Brussels. She also works on performances and rituals for theatres and public space, to share the spiritual work with a larger audience.
