7.00-7.30: Breathing Sessions – guided ‘pranayam’ exercises

7.30-8.00: Sitting Meditation

20.30: One Hour Meditation, in 3 blocks of 20 minutes, you are welcome to join for just one part

21.30: Closing Circle – end of the day contemplation and gratitude ceremony
