10 sessions, starting 21/3/2017, every week Tuesday from 7 to 10pm

Next month we start a new cycle of weekly Tantra Sessions. Throughout the 10 meetings we explore  the basics and more advanced practices of Tantra, a spiritual path that moves the bodymind back to the Original Intimacy. You might feel that your energy is not flowing easily anymore, that your body seems alien to you, or that you can not seem to stop your mind from turning in endless circles. You might feel the need to reconnect to yourself and to others, and find another way of dealing with the world around you. Maybe you experience some difficulty relating to your sensual and sexual energy, or want to explore another way of exploring them. (more…)

25-26 February 2017

Would you like to develop your skills of touching and receiving the touch of the other, of conscious togetherness in an atomosphere of trust and deep connection? Of working with and through the energy of your partner, and becoming more precise in setting an intention for a massage meditation session? (more…)

Indian Kempo is a body practice inspired by movements of animals. The repertory unfolds through sensorial and anatomic explorations, movement phrases and martial  games. A wide range of physical dynamics is explored throughout the training session, improving self-awareness, flow of movement and body intelligence.

Indian Kempo is a contemporary body practice inspired by the ancient Vajra Mushti, known as the oldest martial art from India. During the years of 1960 and 1970, through the master Jo Azer, this practice has spread to several countries, inspiring the creation of a number of different techniques such as Natural Gymnastics, Bio Gymnastics and Animal Flow.

Thursdays, from 11pm to 12:30pm

The difference between change and transformative change is this: We change every day—in surface ways. We move from happy to sad or annoyed to bitter, patient to suffering. Those movements don’t fundamentally change us; rather they are part of the human range of emotions.

The transformative part comes in when we take that grief or bitterness or suffering and let it be the catalyst that impels us to a new state of being; that instead of experiencing our emotions as random stepping stones, we allow ourselves to see the path that is forming at our feet and dare to take it, follow it to a new awareness.
The transformative part means we change who we are, instead of merely how we feel.

An archetype is part of the human experience—it is a classic stage in emotional and psychological development and it comes to all of us at different times and in different ways. When we undergo transformative change, we move from one archetypal stage to another.

Archetypes can be a hugely helpful tool when looking at characters and their growth. We know a character must change or grow, attain some new level of awareness and archetypes can be an effective way to tap into that because they can help chart or steer our protagonist’s transformative progress. The FELDENKRAIS METHOD® of somatic education, developed over 40 years of study and research by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, is a revolutionary approach to understanding human functioning and for improving both physical and mental performance. It utilizes movement and attention to enhance our natural ability to discover, learn, change and continue to develop throughout our lives. It is applicable to anyone wanting to enhance the quality of his or her everyday life and activities.

Rather than teaching ‘the right’ way to move it provides you with ‘more choices’ of how you might move; so depending on your own structure, the context you are in and the action you are intending, you can choose the most efficient and most comfortable way of acting.

Throughout the world, the FELDENKRAIS METHOD® of somatic education is growing in recognition and in its relevance in the sciences, the arts and rehabilitation. The applications of the method range from reducing pain, improving orthopedic, neurological and learning difficulties, to enhancing performance of professional athletes, dancers, musicians, and actors. People from all walks of life are drawn to the method for its ability to achieve greater levels of comfort, increase mobility and range of motion, improve coordination and flexibility, expand self–awareness, enhance self image and evoke greater clarity and vitality.
